International Women’s Day Activity March 2026 On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a special awareness program was organized in Satara for all students to promote women’s empowerment, safety, and legal awareness. The session aimed to strengthen the bond between pharmacists and society (PO9) and encourage lifelong learning among students (PO11). The highlight of the program was an insightful talk by Ms. Jasmin Patel, Head of Nirbhaya Pathak, Satara. She emphasized women’s safety, legal rights, and the importance of reporting injustice without fear. Information about emergency helplines, complaint procedures, and the role of police authorities was shared. She also encouraged self-defense, awareness, and mutual support among women. The program was successfully coordinated by Mrs. D. N. Maske with motivation from the Principal and management. It created awareness, inspired confidence, and reinforced the importance of a safe and respectful society.
