Republic Day Tree Plantation

On the occasion of Republic Day, a Tree Plantation Program was successfully organized at the Medicinal Garden of Yashoda Technical Campus, Faculty of Pharmacy. The program aimed to promote environmental awareness, conservation of medicinal plants, and the use of digital technology in education. The event was graced by the presence of President Prof. Dashrath Sagare, Vice President Prof. Ajinkya Sagare, and Principal Dr. P. D. Jadhav, along with faculty members of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Medicinal plants such as Papaya, Rose, Marigold, and Panfuti were planted, highlighting the importance of preserving medicinal biodiversity. An innovative initiative of digitalization of medicinal plants was also introduced, where QR codes were installed to provide botanical and medicinal information for easy access. The dignitaries appreciated the integration of environmental conservation and digital learning and encouraged students to adopt sustainable practices. The program concluded with a positive message on protecting nature through collective responsibility and technology, making the Republic Day celebration meaningful and impactful.
