• Planning and scheduling of internal and external examinations.
• Secure management of question papers and result processing.
• Coordination with departments for invigilation, seating arrangements, and attendance.
• Compliance with affiliating university and AICTE norms.
• Issuing hall tickets, marksheets, and addressing examination-related grievances.

• Digitized examination records with automated result processing systems.
• Secure printing and storage of question papers.
• CCTV-enabled exam halls with biometric attendance (where applicable).
• Prompt redressal of student and faculty examination queries.
