Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organize campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
- Provide training and career guidance to students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers.
- Assist students in resume preparation and interview skills.
- Track and analyze placement statistics and trends.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on career development.
- Maintain records of student placements and employer feedback.
Frequency of Meetings:
- Quarterly (4 times a year) and as needed during placement seasons.
