Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prevent and eliminate ragging activities within the campus.
  • Conduct awareness programs on the consequences of ragging.
  • Monitor and inspect campus areas to deter ragging incidents.
  • Handle complaints of ragging and take disciplinary actions against offenders.
  • Provide support and counselling to victims of ragging.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement if necessary.
  • Maintain records of incidents and actions taken.

Frequency of Meetings:

  • • Biannually (2 times a year) and as needed for immediate issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular surveillance in campus areas to prevent ragging.
  • Respond promptly to reports of ragging incidents.
  • Provide immediate assistance and support to victims.
  • Record and report ragging incidents to the Anti-Ragging Committee.
  • Conduct surprise checks in hostels and other vulnerable areas.
  • Organize awareness campaigns against ragging.
  • Collaborate with the Anti-Ragging Committee for effective implementation of anti-ragging measures.

Frequency of Meetings:

  • Quarterly (4 times a year) and as needed for immediate response.
