Roles and Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve grievances of students, faculty, and staff promptly.
- Ensure a fair and impartial process in handling complaints.
- Investigate grievances thoroughly and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain records of grievances and actions taken.
- Develop policies to prevent future grievances.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure grievances are effectively resolved.
- Provide a confidential and safe environment for reporting grievances.
Frequency of Meetings:
- Quarterly (4 times a year) and as needed for urgent matters.
